Q. How many people can ride in one of your RV's?

A. It ranges from 5 to 8 people, depending on which unit is rented, please refer to specs.


Q. Are pets or smoking allowed in the RV?

A. All of our RV units are non-smoking. Two designated Dog-friendly units are available for rental now! Ask your sales specialist for Dog-friendly units now.

In an effort to provide an allergy and odor free environment, no other pets are allowed.


Q. Can anyone rent an RV?

A. You must be 29 years old and possess a valid driver's license.


Q. Is towing permitted?

A. Light weight towing is allowed on a case by case basis. Please contact us for further information.


Q . How do I reserve a RV?

A. A rental deposit is required along with a fully completed, signed and dated rental reservation agreement. Contact us via email or phone and we will be happy to walk you through the process.


Q. When is a unit available for pick-up?

A. Units are avai lable Monday through Friday for pick up between 1 - 3 p.m. on scheduled pick-up day. Returns are due back before 10 a.m. on the scheduled return date.


Q. What about insurance?

A. Pricing presumes that you provide your own auto insurance coverage. This is the case with the vast majority of our rentals, typically available at little or no additional cost. We will confirm this with your carrier prior to departure.


Q. What are your hours?

A. Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m.


Q. What if I have never rented or used an RV before?

A. We spend the time showing you all the workings of the RV's before you leave, we take the time to answer any questions you might have, ensuring your comfortable departing on your vacation. Under our "Help" section, detailed video tutorials are available for all units.


Q.  Do you rent for less than or more than a week at a time?

A.  Please call us for information and a quote. Availability by season varies.


Q. What happens if I need to contact Citywide RV after hours, or on the weekend?

A. Upon rental, you will receive contact information for our weekend, after hours, or emergency assistance. Our priority is ensuring the smoothest vacation possible!
